Abstract

Abstract. Along with the development of technology, also developed a technology that is able to adopt processes and human thinking that technology Artificial Intelligence or Artificial Intelligence. The purpose of this study is to build a knowledge-based system of medicine in the diagnosis of eye diseases in the community that can be displayed in the computer, so the time efficiency reasons and lack of public awareness of health can be resolved. The use of methods grounded (grounded research) on the use of researchers based identification gejal eye diseases and symptoms that caused this study resulted in an application that can identify eye disease based on symptoms that arise as well as providing advice on the treatment and how to cope. Applications built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. Abstract

Abstrak. Transaksi online adalah transaksi yang dilakukan penjual dan pembeli  secara online melalui media internet, tidak ada perjumpaan langsung antara pembeli dan penjual. Dengan demikian maka akan berdampak langsung terhadap meningkatkan pangsa pasar. Sehingga ada pengaruh pengguna e-commerce dengan transaksi online, dan berdampak pada peralihan model transaksi yang sebelumnya dilakukan langsung menjadi proses tidak langsung dengan perantara aplikasi e-commerce. Dengan variabel laten dan dimensi konstruk maka rumusan masalah, adalah untuk mengukur indikator-indikator yang dikonsepsikan secara unidimensional, tepat, dan konsisten dan indikator-indikator ada yang dominan membentuk konstruk yang ditetili. sehingga alasan seseorang menjadikan tindakan/perilaku orang tersebut sebagai tolok ukur dalam penerimaan sebuah teknologi. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang dikembangkan dari teori psikologis, menjelaskan perilaku pengguna komputer yaitu berlandaskan pada kepercayaan (belief), sikap (attitude), keinginan (intention), dan hubungan perilaku pengguna (user behaviour relationship Tujuannya untuk mengetahui konstruk atau variabel laten. Dengan mengkonfirmasikan atau menguji model pengukuran untuk mendapatkan konstruk atau variabel laten yang fit atau signifikan. Dari hasil pengujian dengan sampel 121 reposponden data yang telah di bersihkan dan diuji dengan metode Konfirmasi faktor analisis kedua variabel, dengan melihat nilai dimensi konstruk untuk E-Commerce yang mempengaruhi adalah harga yang ditawarkan X1 = 0,878, kenyamanan pada saat belanja X2 = 0,90, kemudahan mencari produk X4 = 0,802. Kemudian untuk dimensi konstruk Transaksi Online yang mempegaruhi adalah melakukan transaksi online  sekurang-kurangnya 1 minggu sekali X6 = 0,702, sharing informasi yang dimiliki setelah melakukan tansaksi online X7 = 0,635,  dengan transaksi online  dapat mencari yang dibutuhkan dalam pekerjaan X8 = 0,782.  hasil yang diperoleh menunjukan discriminant validity yang tinggi untuk varibel e-commerce dan transaksi online. Kedua konstruk menghasilkan nilai realibilitas konstruk diatas yang direkomendasikan ? 0,70, jika dilihat dari hasil pehitungan Realilitas konstruk e-commerce 0,937 dan Realibilitas transakasi online 0,829. Untuk variance extracted konstruk e-commerce sebesar 0,902 dan Kontruk Transaksi online sebesar 0,787. Jadi nilai hasil Variance di rekomendasikan ? 0,5  maka kedua konstruk e-commerce dan Transaksi di rekomendasikan.Keyword : E-commerce, Transaksi online. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)

Abstract

Abstract. One of the main decisions faced is the process of upgrading the civil servant's office of protocol and documentation of setda Depok city. The problem that occurs is the process of determining the objectives, that are not appropriate and there is no effective methods for the process is not in accordance with the target of promotion. To support the results of the methods used are Weighted Product (WP), where each provides factors and alternatives to provide one and the other to provide a rating (ranking). Abstract

Abstract. Graduation of the course is a reflection of the seriousness of individual students every semester of the lecture. Students who attend all the learning process in the classroom or face-to-face in each course will have more chance to graduate than the students who are rarely present, some lecturer's evaluation of the graduation of the course are attendance, task, UTS and UAS. From the above problem the writer tries to get the appropriate algorithm to determine the graduation of each student's course, this research will use the data mining classification technique with 3 methods of classification algorithm such as Algorithm C4.5 (decision tree), Naïve Bayes, and Random Forest with label result pass or not pass. Based on the results of tests conducted using the same dataset on the 3 algorithms through comparison to the value of AUC and Confusion Matrix, obtained the value of Area Under Curve (AUC) of 1,000 from Naïve Bayes model, while the largest Accuracy or Confusion Matrix value is in C4 algorithm .5 (decision tree) with a value of 97.78%. Thus, the proper algorithm for this case is the C4.5 Algorithm (decisiontree).Keywords: Course graduation, data mining classification, Algorithm C4.5 (decision tree), Naïve Bayes, and Random Forest.

Abstract

Abstract. The company's need to make decisions appropriately and quickly on the basis of market facts is becoming more critical in order to survive. It is supported by Business Intelligence (BI) tactical in the company. The application of tactical BI as a support for tactical decision making requires some analysis of the current BI system such as data that becomes the material of decision-making must be current data and have a fast query process. The analysis used can be with ETL process and fast query process to support tactical decision making environment because ETL (Extract Transform Loading) in developing data warehouse process is a process that takes the longest time. The success of the ETL process is strongly influenced by the quality of existing data on OLTP databases. This research aims to find the optimization of ETL process with data warehouse development method. The research method used is the form of inductive study of ETL in data warehouse. The conclusion is that optimization techniques that have significant impacts can be used to implement Business Intelligence such as the application of parallel transformation, pipelining data, and dimensional data with bulk and parallel data load. For large amounts of data, then the results provided will also have greater impact and more optimal. Abstract

Abstract. Instructor by large Indonesian dictionary means the person in charge to teach something and provide training and guidance.  The performance assessment Instructors can boost the quality of teaching and increase the motivation and professionalism of the instructors in performing the tasks. Chief Instructor establish criteria or requirements to determine the best fit instructor performanceThe criteria include: Presence / attendance, discipline of rules, responsibility and productivity, social interaction, motivation in self-development, responsiveness and initiative, communication, teamwork, friendly and polite, cleanliness and tidiness of class. Determination of the instructor's performance is done by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method which then processed with Criterium Decision Plus (CDP) software. The results showed that Teacher C was chosen as the best structure among the three other teachers, with a score of 0.351.Keywords: Analytical Hierarchy Process, Instructor, Performance, System Decision

Therefore, the implementation must have a plan which redirected, clear objectives and implementation of reliable.“Strategic Planning Systems and Information Technology at the Islamic Elementary School Alfauzien Depok environment", as seen from the performance in an effort to use IT to solve the various problems the school environment is not optimal, An example of the use of SI and IT in the processing of special processing automatic and centralized data management, utilization of the ti to integrate information across school, SD Islam Alfauzien still do not have the IT infrastructure to support an integrated information exchange between schools in Depok,  Utilization of SI and strategic use of IT as a whole school led to less in Depok have not felt the function of the SI & IT strategic, such as data processing and adoption of new students to serve the public more quickly and conveniently. Keyword: Strategic Planning, Information System, Information Technology,Ward & Peppard  Method

Abstract

In operation in PT TC has a control system in which the materials available material has significant costs each year so that researchers try to examine that it could not happen. In this study were discussed in detail is the A grade material for class A material has a high percentage is 94.29%. A class of materials is the PAC 8C which is one of the materials used every second and for 24 hours non-stop to produce water. Then the author forecasting material needs in coming years carried out by the method of forecasting the moving average (Moving Average) and results tracking signal is positive, it means the material needs of the coming year are greater than they are today. Tracking signal obtained still included within the limits of ± 4 means that the reliability of forecasting acceptable. Comparison inventory system that has been applied in the company with inventory system models Economic Order Quantity, P, and Min-Max do to make it look which system is better. From the comparison of the three models obtained EOQ method is the inventory control system that is the best because it can save the cost of Rp 162,085,358.Keywords: Economic Order Quantity, System P, Min - Max, ABC Classification

Abstract. The design of a city through the use of information technology makes it a necessity, not just for the lifestyle in terms of communicating the accuracy and usefulness of the scope of urban planning. It leads to a term that is smart city. Problems encountered in relation to smart city include the lack of optimal government services, lack of community to participate in support of the Smart City concept movement, and human resource competence has not been optimal. One of the city concept city concept is the city of Bandung, which has an integrated network covering aspects of Smart Government, Smart Education, Smart Transportation, Smart Health, Smart Infrastructural, Smart Social, Smart Environment, Bandung Technopolis so that make the city of Bandung the better. Using SWOT method, which analyzed from the aspect of Resilience or Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Risks in Knowing Strategy can make Bandung have smart city image. The conclusions generated from the results of strategy analysis that is with the existence of Human Resources that qualified to maintain integrated product or application which then disseminated to the public. Abstract

Abstract. In this paper, the mathematical model we discuss the interactions among pests, predators, and effect of pesticides. Interactions between predators and pests use functional responses of Holling type I and type II and the growth of susceptible pests classes satisfied the logistic function. By this model, the existence and stability of the equilibrium point were performed. The existence of the equilibrium point, and were obtained which depend on the threshold parameter, while the equilibrium point did not depend on the parameter. The analysis of equilibrium point stability by this model discussed only on the local stability. To facilitate interpretation of the dynamics between predators, pests and the effects of pesticides, numerical simulations perform indicated by the changes in two parameters bifurcation analysis. Keywords: Pest predator model, stability, numerical simulation, bifurcation
